1. High output. Twin screw extruder adopts high torque high rotation speed gear box, matched with novel wear-resistance barrel and screw, torque grade 9~11T/A3, the maximum torque grade can reach as high as 15 T/A3.
2. High degree of automation of complete set of production line. Automation includes material storage and conveying, weighing mixing and metering feeding, compounding and pelletizing, automatic packing, finishing the whole process from material to product granule.
3. Multiple equipment large-scale and integrated production. The automatic centralized control system is adopted to share capital construction and environmental protection facilities, effectively reduce various production and operation costs (such as raw material procurement and transportation cost, labor cost, equipment procurement, capital construction cost, etc.)
Increase product toughness, such as elongation, impact resistance and low temperature brittleness. It is common to compound a rigid resin with a flexible resin, rubber, or elastomer, such as PC/ABS, PVC/NBR, PE/EVA, PP/POE, PP/EPDM, etc. The direct compatibility of rigid resin and toughened polymer is better. The processing temperature of resin and toughened polymer is close, and auxiliary with other functional additives to make modification.
The material is mixed with premix mode, and be fed into the twin screw extruder by the feeder after being mixed evenly, then finish the process requirements of compounding and dispersion, exhaust and vacuum, etc.
The pelletizing mode is used according to the hardness and melt properties. The common pelletizing mode is water strand pelletizing; A small number of low hardness materials need to use water ring or underwater pelletizing.
