Characteristics of 4-flights kneader
Based on the matured 3-flights kneader technologies, Cenmen corp. newly introduced the leading 4-flights GWHS series kneaders.
Upgraded the flights to be 4-flights from original 3-flights and re-designed the geometrical configuration of the flights and the pins structure, optimized the relative motion track between the flights and pins, which make the materials effective shearing greatly increased in the original processing conditions unchanged, meanwhile, the friction heat produced by single shearing has decreased significantly.

Brief Introduction
All series of Cenmen reciprocating kneader adopt modular design. its extruding system and power unit are installed on the framework, and all compounding screws in all series have independent inner temperature control units, realizing accurate temperature control, wider application range; split barrel can be quickly opened along the direction of screw shaft, convenient for screw elements assembly and the cleaning of barrel and screw.

The whole process sections of the reciprocating kneader are divided into main feeding section, 1st melt homogenizing section, side feeding section, 2nd melt homogenizing section, vacuum and natural exhaust section, extrusion pressure building section, melt filtering section and the final pelletizing part.
According to the difference of the final product, the solid raw materials to be compounded are fed into the main machine in an optimal proportion through a specially-customized active feeding mechanism. Cenmen company can also flexibly configure multi-component metering institutions and centralized feeding system according to the actual needs to meet the needs of customers at all levels.
After the material is initially melted, the required liquid components are injected directly into the melt through a special hollow pin.
Because of the special mixing principle of the reciprocating kneader, Most of the heat energy for the material melting is provided by the shearing energy produced by the interaction between screw and pin, energy consumption is lower for per unit production.
The filler is added at the side feeding section of the material preliminary melting, so that the feeding efficiency is improved, the system temperature is reduced.
At the same time, in order to further improve the feeding effect, there is a natural exhaust port in the main feeding section and the side feeding section, so that the air entrained in the material can be discharged naturally, which improves the feeding efficiency and thus achieves the purpose of increasing the output of the main engine.
The raw materials of each component are further mixed in the second homogenization section, and then the volatile components and moisture in the melt are extracted by the vacuum exhaust mechanism arranged in the last processing area on the cylinder and then entered the pressure building section.
Depending on the different material processing process, Cenmen company can provide single screw extruder or melt pump as melt pressure building unit. The double-order design can carry out the process adjustment on the mixing section and the extrusion pressure section respectively, meeting various application at the maximum.
